We are from out of town, but they made the time to see us the same day, get an X-ray, and reassure us that our goofy Lab had not swallowed a rock after all. Dr Ramos is a gem.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m a part-timer in Crested Butte, I make a point of waiting until I’m in town to bring my animals to Crested Butte Animal Hospital — that says everything. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Bowie, the veterinary technician, is absolutely amazing with my animals. Dr. Ramos is exactly the kind of vet you hope to find — she takes her time, really listens to your concerns, and is thorough on wellness checks. She’s been wonderful with both my 13yo-Golden Retriever and my 7yo Great Pyrenees — two very different dogs with very different needs and she handles them both with such care and attention. No upselling, no pressure — just honest, thoughtful options for what’s best for your animals. Pricing is very reasonable. If you’re lucky enough to be in Crested Butte and you need care for your fur babies this place is worth it. 🐾Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our dog got into a scurry with a friend’s dog and her eye became very swollen. It was 30 minutes past closing on a Friday and Dr. Laura was kind enough to open her door for us. Dr. Laura was kind and knowledgeable and helped us out during a very stressful situation! We are so grateful for her care and highly recommend her!Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kind and compassionate vet, Dr. Laura and all the staff. Waking up in the camper van to our terrier mix with an eye crusted over, we needed to find a vet fast. it was surgery day, with the office short staffed, yet Dr Ramos took our pup in and skillfully removed a large grass seed from below her cornea. Medicated and back on the road quickly, we were both grateful and impressed by the care and expediency of this wonderful Vet. Thank you!!!Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot say enough about this place! We were visiting and in a big pinch as we had trouble administering our dog’s medication. Thank you for not only helping with the injection but providing recommendations and things to consider to help us with a smooth process in the future. It’s clear how much you care.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They took such good care of our sick little doggie, we were so worried and Dr. Ramos knew exactly what to do. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail. It was a great experience. Thank you!
